Adam Lambert - Whataya Want From Me - Cell-phone user called out - Stripped concert - 2/15/10

Adam Lambert sings a very heartfelt and emotional, acoustic version of Whataya Want From Me until he gets fed up with a girl in the front row talking loudly into her cell-phone and stops the song. I am about 3 people back from the stage, and if you listen closely, you can hear talking in the audience in front of me as he is singing - so rude. You can see full video of the incident on www.Z100.com. He was joking that she was calling Dominos to deliver! The song was magnificent anyway. He sang it two more times that night.

Why do you believe the person who claims she was calling her mother to broadcast the song? First of all - how rude is that to the artist and other, paying, patrons? Did the sick mother buy a ticket? Besides, if it were true that the woman was "just holding the phone up" then he'd never have stopped the song to bitch at her. Whoever he was talking to was clearly flapping away - you can easily hear it on this video. People are so rude.

@Go5KMom There is no way to know for sure who the girl was talking to or why, but it did seem very rude at the time. However, none of us had paid for tickets for this performance. There were only 200 people in this venue, all who had won tickets from Z100 radio or iheartradio. Since it was so small and being recorded by iheartradio for broadcast, her talking was more noticeable and disruptive.

Yes, this happened Monday. People need to remeber that when it's acoustic, Adam doesn't have on his in-ear mics and so is much more sensitive to a person talking right in front of him. He is trying to sing perfectly for us!

Seriously he was probably already nervous to be singing in front of all those ppl and then tht girl just goes an talks on her phone? RUDE!!! But she mustve of been humiliated...serves her right!
