@ksdaf he is a great example of how to apply jazz drumming to pop music - he is fucking mind blowing, watching him live is like rubbing your finger on a balloon knowing that at any minute - it will burst

I love his setup. Very creative and hes a drummer that is so good he doesn't need 50 different drums. He keeps it simple with his setup and the hi hat is very unique and now I feel like trying it.

people are free to dislike his drumming, but anybody who doesnt like it because its "sloppy" is small minded and doesnt understand the first thing about art, period. technique is means, not end, and art is about expression, not athletics.
