This film is truly one of the greatest ever made. Fantastic story, nee fantastic love story. This scene is so moving, the haunting stare of Morton missing her man hits you right in the gut. Nevermind that she actually utters it.

Yes it would be absolutely hard that the person you once loved no longer has the memories of you...that's so sad and painful.

I love it. Its not trying to force viewers to feel like a big loss happened. Nothing much happened just two people shared a little time together and it was all very genuine, no lies, no big expectations just acceptance. It hurts like it should as the memory of their encounter fades into the past.

The film is outstanding, brilliant. But this hits hard... knowing that he loved her the same way and not having even a single image of her in his mind, while she misses him deeply in love knowing that he won't come back. Dammit.. I love Tim Robbins :)

Mientras ellos siguen su mundo como si nada, con su familia, con su hogar, una pasa al destierro y al olvido, pero en esa dimensión de "no existencia" para el otro, una se queda sumida en la tristeza, en el MAR DE RECUERDOS vividos y añorados, con el corazón llenito de amor y le certeza, de que ahora ya no eres nada para él, ni un recuerdo....

Sin duda, mi película también...
