Good stuff man. I liked this one in particular because that same throw that she does is my number one throw, especially with tall opponents. I usually get under their legs because of the height. I knew the opponent could move (if they have experience) but I didn't know any simple way to change it up. Thanks a lot!!

I didn`t know your website until today. Good stuff.
Congratulations from Brazil.
Once again, for distant, out-of-the-way Dojo like ours, this kind of instructional is great. First the theory, then some demonstration by students, then a question and explanation. It's like being in class. We're trying to break the Judo mould a little, make it accessible for non-athletes.
Input from me:
* More stuff on gripfighting.
* More on entries & set ups.
Thanks a bunch for the great work.
