Only a few times since I started Parkour have I done it for myself. I love it and cherish it but have been clouded by not being in the moment or just appreciating my life and being content.

This video is my happy last journey with my team, PKJOZI and good friend, fellow traceur and filmmaker, Martin Mostert, living in the true essence and moment of why I started Parkour and I love it.

A massive thank-you to my family and my team, I will forever remember this adventure and Martin Mostert for filming and editing this memory.

This has now become my number one parkour video , i mean the storm freerun and all are awesome , but the style of editing you have and you parkour put together , make this just 100% , very well done , i wish all parkour vids could be filmed and edited the way this was , cuz i see talent in movement , but the editing ends up all blurry and ''gangster'' . nice to see such a mixed vid bro , well done
