Female Traffic Cop Breaks The Law Because She Is Having Her Period

Here is another example of the double standard that New Yorkers face on a daily basis.

It is the job of the Traffic Enforcement Agency to scour the streets of New York City like vultures and write summonses to improperly parked vehicles.But when a traffic enforcement agent needs to stop and go into a store, they park their vehicles wherever they want.And lets face it, they are not going to write eachother tickets.

In this scene a cauldron of traffic enforcement agents explain to Jimmy Justice that they are above the law and can violate any parking statute they want.They also give a stern warning that if a civilian motorist would attempt to park improperly that they would quickly issue them a summons
