I cannot believe that someone would be so cruel and unfeeling as to mock someone now dead. When you are beaten, or stolen from, or in dire need of help don't call 911, try and help yourself, because these people risk their lives each day for your sake and if you want to celebrate their deaths than that is your right, but never call that number.
