@xiao890 You've got next demo to reclaim your glory. Keep practicing the wushu palm push. =D

@WinsomeJohnny I wouldn't recommend striking too close to the edge. What if you miscalculate and strike the brick?! Ouch!!! =P But as I've mentioned before, when executed properly (snap from the waist), the boards should easily break apart.

@randyds5 Randy))))))))))) Thanks for the support. I didn't feel bad or embarassed about it at all. I actually feel pretty good because I was thinking quick and stomped the boards. lol.... This was the second time I break boards. The first time was during the TKD promotion from blue to red belt many many moons ago. It was a success (only one shot), but I was still a uninversity student then. I don't get beat up easy, I will do better next time. Cheers!!! =P

Awe. That sucks. I know that feeling. I remember doing a forms demo, and I completely froze in the middle. The blood rushed to my face, I felt embarassed. I remember doing my first break. You have to relax your whole body, look "through" the board, release your fear, and "know" that you can do it, and then drive through. I think its really cool you posted this. Don't feel bad. Its another learning experience in the chapter of your training
lol..I was referring to the edge of the board in the middle of the 2 bricks.

@WinsomeJohnny I am sure I positioned myself right, it was just the miscalculated technique. =P

Use softer boards next time!..Notice how high and long your kicks travelled and how low your arms and short your arm travelled. Striking closer to the edge of the board is easiar to break than striking the middle.

@WinsomeJohnny Thanks and noted, but no softer boards. I know I can do it! =P
