As ONE recent example, did you read the insane story of a UK pub owner who was arrested and faces charges of racial harassment for singing the 1970's disco hit "Kung Fu Fighting" on Kareoke night? Odds that the TN law would be ruled unconstitutional if it is ever enforced: I'd say about 99.9% sure would not pass constitutional muster. Even Noam Chomsky, when he was pressed one time over and over by an exasperated interviewer if he could mention even ONE thing that was slightly positive about the U.S., finally said "the strength of the free speech laws." People misinterpret the "free speech" concept but it applies chiefly to GOVERNMENT stopping or censoring speech, as in the TN law.
