In NINJA, SCOTT ADKINS plays "Casey", a Western Ninja charged with retrieving the traditional weapons of the Koga Ninja from a high-tech foe, the likes of which has never been seen in the world of action cinema.
THE ART OF THE DOJO reveals how Japanese culture and the traditions of Karate influenced the making of the film.
The film has scenes very nice with a very careful setting and scenery.
As for the choreography, are especially interesting.
We like to see again in the cinema Shihan Fumio Demura grandmaster. Hope to see you again soon in Spain. A greeting.
Congratulations on this new film.

@1bol1 well yes and no Te is okinawan but throught the mix of Chinese Chuan fa and and japanese Jujtsu we have karate, alot of the karate Techniques we know to day were created to combat the samurai who had occupied Okinawa, but you are right Karate is okinawan and will always be Okinawan.

karate is okinawan and the samurais or the ninjas had nothing to do with it.

Makes sense you want to make a ninjustu movie with authentic technqiues so they use Karate, here's a concept bring in someone who can teach the cast Bujinkan, so that it would be ninjustu? Fun to watch yes....too bad they couldn't put some authentic ninjustsu in it.

Doesn't mean that he hasn't trained in Ninjitsu at one time though.
This movie looks really good.
