Home Made Onion & Poppy Seed Bread Rolls / Hamburger Buns.

List of ingredients:- 1.1 kg. Bakers Flour. 2.5tsp.active dry yeast. 3 tsp. Skim milk powder. 3 tsp. Bread Improver. 2tsp. Salt. 2tsp. dark brown sugar. 3 tsp. poppy seeds.1 finely chopped red onion. 2tsp. Olive oil. & 650 mils of potato water @ 105deg.Farenheit. I put some chopped shallots,spring onion & more poppy seeds on top of the rolls before going into the oven @ 195deg.Centigrade..... From start to finish. How to make incredible onion & poppy seed bread rolls / hamburger buns. I'm using my home grown onions. Inspired by my u-tube friend, Denise in Holland.

Hmmm is it jus me? I can't seem to find the ingredients list from the video? I have watched it many many times and still can't catch what is the flour and some measurements
