Acclaimed writer and political scholar Christopher Hitchens may just be the only writer to have recently visited Iran, Iraq and North Korea. Hitchens - known for his keen wit, sharp political insight and often controversial opinions - examines the differences between the countries once linked as the "axis of evil," while revealing intriguing connections between the nations.

  • My man!!! Drinks my favorite whiskey. As if I needed a reason to adore this man even more than I already do.

  • @tjrxk7 and @wandarah yes I agree, that is not how global warming works. an article from the Independent looks at this very issue (snow in UK and global warming) and so should illustrates the process, it's called "Expect more extreme winters thanks to global warming, say scientists" - you can find it via google as I cannot post links in the comment section here.

  • @tjrxk7 You have, literally, and in the most profound sense - absolutely no idea what climate change is.

  • Hitchins' comments about 'climate change' near the end of this segment seems a wee off now in retrospect as London gets buried in snow and the UK looks like a giant iceberg. {Does'nt sound much like warming to me Chris........lol}

  • @Guitcad1

    The real ones are in the nearby museum. The ones on the Acropolis are replicas due to the things that you mentioned.

  • Love Christopher Hitchens, but Chess is definitely not banned in any part of Iran :S

  • @mparker18311 Lol, me too, now i'm dying to try it :D "Breakfast of Champions" :D

  • He didn't answer the question really, which was which religion do you despise the least, which he said was a good question and then went on to not answer it.
