N I N "Behind Enemy Lines"

N I N, is an all new stylized film experiment from Blackdragon425, basing ninja fantasy with essences of parkour and other ninjutsu themes behind it, this is the pilot or first episode to start one of "hopefully" many more episodes to come.

Behind Enemy Lines -
The first mission of the strong young shadow warrior to be, appointed to obtaining the valuable information that is hidden within the enemy territory in the hands of an allied undercover agent. Becuase of this young shinobi's ability to run great distances with agility and dexterity, his task was chosen for him. Nervous of his first time out, this young ninja begins his mission, head low and spirit strong to prove to his clan and himself that he is one who can endure and succeed when dropped behind enemy lines.

it's a good video, but i have a few things to say: -why the hell did you wear black under the blazing sun ? if this was a real operation happening in japan during sengoku jidai, they could shoot the fuck out of you with the arrows. ninjas never weared black. dressing as a villager, farmer, merchant, monk... is better a disguise. if you plan to attack somewhere at night, wear dark blue. black can be seen under the moonlight.

The reason for black is for promoting a feeling of fantasy, and hanging on to that one single ninja cliche` to help draw people who might not know as much about ninjutsu.

And of course... black can be worn at night. If it's new moon.. then there is no bright spotlight in the night sky contorting the earthy colors. ;-)

very nice and full of "nin spirit" but may I suggest you one thing: why a shinobi woud do a mision in a black ninpogi during a sunny afternoon? my insctinct says me that it will better tobe disguise in common farmer or else. Black suit was only for the nigth's infiltration . Tink about it.

@ibahclo Right, right... I failed to have the first half mention that the mission was supposed to go through the whole day and into nightfall... I'll make sure the second half ' ll touch on it.

Then again ... it's supposed to be a fantasy.. and the black ninja getup was the one ninja cliche I decided to hang on to.

You guys put out my fav Ninja oriented videos period. They are both an inspiration theatrically (including your training vids) and and show off the dedication you have to your art. You embrace the fantasy as much as the reality thus walking a very fine line which most others simply cannot do and remain remotely honest or respectable as martial artists. I hope a more stealthy episode comes soon, something with more tactical stealth involved. But whatever you do, I can't wait to see it!

Of course this channel (Blackdragon) is not the dojo's youtube page, -it just kinda happened that way with the first vid that was a hit- I'm only one of KBN's student that loves filming for the dojo and making my own films on the side. But Thank you anyway for your love and support. This video is still a huge mystery to how people might react to it so it makes me smile knowing someone liked it. Plus what I've got planned for a sequel, the first one would fall flat.
