WABC (Ch. 7) in Washington DC interviews Vietnam Memorial Statue Sculptor, Frederick "Rick" Hart and US Marine Corporal James Connell, during production of the Vietnam Memorial Statue (often referred to as "The Three Soldiers Statue" or "The Three Fightingmen Statue"). The statue, sculpted in clay and cast in bronze, is placed at the apex of the Vietnam Memorial Wall, on the National Mall in Washington, DC. It was officially dedicated on November 11, 1984.
