On Saturday, June 11, 2011 the 13th annual Women's Football Academy was held to support initiatives within the Patient and Family Support Services Program at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center.
The day culminated with a scrimmage in the Big House after learning the fundamentals from U-M Football Coach Brady Hoke and his staff. Many of the Wolverine football players were on hand as well.

An a-MAIZE-ing day! I can say I was officially a defensive end for the University of Michigan, on the field, in the Big House!! My husband and sons are so jealous!! Thank you to all the coaches, especially Coach Hoke, and players for making us all feel so special!
