  • @sauce556 Yeah it was retarded, but I have a feeling Dwight had something to do with it. And like Cleveland, Orlando is scared as hell to do anything against Dwight's will.

I guess in time they'll have the same fate as Cleveland.

  • @Raptorel cant help but think--beginning of 2011 regular season--there VC was in his final big pursuit for a championship--only the 2nd season of his 12 year NBA career with a championship caliber team and the same team at that--and the Orlando Magic lost faith in a HOF veteran scorer playing for his home team looking to win them their first championship...look at the Miami Heat-they did not win it all in their first season but ofcourse theyll have many more seasons...Vince only had 1 &1/2..sad.

  • @sauce556 Yeah there's really no comparison in attitude between the Magic VC and the Suns VC. Which is kind of bad if you think about it...

  • @Raptorel thats what urks me even more about the trade--from what angle were the magic thinking they would improve ? for VC fans that followed the Magic and heard Dwight say he hasnt seen VC work as hard as hes been working in the offseason and VC himself saying he trained very hard-and it showed-he had great 3pt % and overall fg%--free throw % was down but that would eventually pickup hes a career 80% ft shooter...his body language seemed to change somewhat in 2011 before the trade-

  • @sauce556 Well Vince shares part of that for not being aggressive enough and demanding the ball (both verbally and with his body language).

He was playing better this season though but then the ... "trade" occured.

  • @Raptorel lol its a joke--so a guy is considered not clutch because he missed 2 free throws in 1 game where there was a minute remaining with the team down 3--but no one will talk about jj reddicks idiot play where he dribbled after the defensive rebound before calling their final timeout so the magic could not advance the ball past halfcourt to get a good game tying 3 pointer--lol Im pissed at the orlando magic organization all over again--your best offensive player was getting 12-13 fga..lame

  • @sauce556 I still can't believe it when I see people saying Vince is not clutch just because he missed those free throws vs the Celtics.

They should search for "Vince Carter in the clutch" on youtube.

  • hey can u upload the full interview...i reallly want to see it...thanks you very much

  • Smith: "you're not young anymore"

VC: "I can still get it done"

    Nuff said

  • yea i know, Vince was more prepared for the NBA but Kobe worked harder
