if you put a certain rune on poison dart u can get ur snakes so u r able to have both toads and snakes so stop fighting

They are trying to give you the image of the witch doctor being diseased, oozy, mukky, vile and smelly. Most of his abilities are diseases or jsut gross like vomiting poison. Toad fits into a dingy swamp kind of sinario.
