All i didn was take apart one rubik's cube saw everything off of each of the other cubes. until only a cube with the stickers was left. Then I just glued them onto another Rubik's Cube.

You're right, its actually a prism, but people still call it a cube.

only with the extended one just so you know. A fully functional 3x3x5 would be harder

you could use any method that you can use on the 3x3x3. you could use fridrich, layer, petrus, roux, anything.
