Stupid intersection, even the van going the other direction wasn't that far from getting smashed into aswell, people have lapse of consecration but that intersections is a death trap anyway.

@Sallyallie89 Im sewing and if they say Im still at fault I plan on trying to cause the exact same accedent accpet i'll pull the left turn in front of them and have all the reuqired evedince to sew for $100,000- $1million dollars... I knoe this is inusurance fraud but soo is blaming the wronge person for a crash. Theres no way to take away my leagal right of way Its my lane Im not even required to stop! I can't help but laugh at this accident. "You have cars on 53rd street that do not have to stop, but on 119th street they do have to stop" ... Then the car completely does the opposite of what he says and CRASH haha XD

@tinderinc Did they pull out in front of you at a stop sign? If so, it shouldn't be your fault at all. I'd definitely fight it if I were you.
