US Launches First Missile-Tracking Satellite

The first in a series of four Space Based Infared System (SBIRS) satellites has been launched into orbit by the United States. Once the system is operational around 2016, it will be able to detect a missile launch using heat imaging technology and track it to coordinate with the ground-based American missile defense system to shoot it down.

Instead of stranding up tho the military industrial complex, or at least being honest about it with the American people, Obama embraces it. He was the first to suggest bombing Pakistan.
