Speed walking on a treadmill at 10 mph or 6 minute mile pace. Using NLAAF prototype shoe and NLAAF unique foot strike action. Great way for a distance runner to adjust to higher cadence. Alternate between speed walking and running. Very efficient use of energy.
I keep one foot in contact with the ground along with keeping the support leg straight until my hips pass over it.
No technical way to move arms when speed walking.
All I know is that is pretty fast for walking.
