Mimi Thoma sings synchron for Brigitte Horney in "Am Ende der Welt" (1943). The film was forbidden and first shown in 1951.
Brigitte Horney is "Roberta Bell", owner of a sawmill, but she want to be a singer with a own cabarett. Atilla Hörbiger is the leader of the sawmill and fall in love for her. But she only want to have profit. He went into prison. Later she recognize that her "good" friens are bad and she only loves him. She works to earn money to get him free.
