Just relax, want to be hypnotised and listen to my voice, while following the positive suggestions, given along side of the relaxing music. In this particular hypnosis video the spiral is hypnotic, however it is not the basis for the actual hypnosis induction.

Relaxation is defined as the release of tension and a return to equilibrium. Any stresses on the body can lead to an inability to relax and therefore have a negative effect on physical and psychological state. Relaxing by way of meditation, hypnosis and recreation can have a positive affect on your health and well-being.

An ability to relax is crucial to the healthy functioning of the mind and body. Too much relaxation on the other-hand can lead to lethargy and a loss of interest in day to day activities. It is all about balance.

When one concentrates to the exclusion of external stimuli and focuses inward or becomes engaged in an enjoyable activity, there is a noticeable positive affect on your mind and body. Your blood pressure reduces, muscles relax and your mind becomes less pre-occupied with stressful day to day matters.

You will become much more centred and calm in the face of stressors that would normally escalate without an ability to unwind and relax. Relaxation therefore resets your tolerance levels to day to day stress.

Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming are excellent techniques for relaxation. They provide a means to focus inwards and to be distracted from stressors. Methods with which you can re-condition yourself to accept suggestions for relaxation and in so doing creating a new positive calm response to negative emotions, situations or states.

Discovering a relaxed, calm emotional state of mind by using physiological and psychological triggers, that can be activated at will, by using the power of your imagination to create relaxed states from real or imagined experiences. This in turn creates relaxed physiological and psychological states in your body.

    Wow! That's a first... I've never been told my voice is a little creepy. We all like different things, voices included:) It's just happens to be one of many voice delivery styles. I hope you eventually find a hypnotist voice that you can relate to better. Makes for a nicer experience. Loved your honest and interesting view point.     Thank you. I'm glad it helped you too. I'm still surprised in this modern age, that some people still think of hypnosis in a negative way, believing the old myths. It is simply a subjective experience that can lead to positive change and self empowerment.This hypnosis video is simply a relaxation technique that may provide relief from stress and anxiety for those that need it and nothing more.
