Assembly Speaker Fiona Ma Groans as Colleagues Furutani & Wagner Scuffle During Debate

Irvine Republican Don Wagner drops a lame, non-sequitur slur against Italian Americans in a California Assembly debate over revised Redevelopment Agency funding angering Japanese American Assemblyman Warren Furutani (D-Gardena) who gets into the buffoonish Wagner's face not one but two times before being physically restrained by his colleagues. Assembly Speaker Fiona Ma (D-San Francisco) grimaces and audibly groans when she sees Furutani and Wagner shouting and pointing at each other.
