you can do it for pretty much any lvl but yea, it would help more in lvl 10-16

when i was low lvl witj ni member i went to black hope and put treasure power play, and then did dryad or ice armor for xp

@ledilaura1 i really didnt know wizard101 that well. i just cared about leveling up and getting new spells, and i didnt know there was a bazaar until part 2
