The newer boxes seem faster, but i'm in the same situation of being lumbered with an older box that's really slow :( Have you looked at TalkTalk TV?

its slow and laggy. We asked to switch back and they diddnt let us. We cant get BTV(but that sucks) or virgin media! And we'd prefere virgin!

it sucks! its really slow and we asked for the old one back but they said we cant change it back. If they cant fix it, we may go virgin media!
