I picked up one of SparkFun's oscillosocope clock boards, which is an implementation of www.dutchtronix.com/ScopeClock.htm. I had some trouble getting it to work with my ancient Tex scope, but it worked great with my cheap GoldStar.

  • I've never seen a Goldstar oscilloscope before...does this have a delay line for freezing a waveform?

  • @douro20 It's just a basic 20 mhz scope, though it works well enough for the things I do. It's got a trigger delay, but no memory to snapshot a waveform.

  • I'd be more interested in turning my clock into an oscilloscope! :)
