For Kodak Zi8. I have tried using a Sony Vegas Platinum HD Ten. The problem is that whenever I play back my footage on the editor. It just updates the video like every nine seconds. Which makes it like impossible to edit anything because the video is laggy and you cant tell where anything is. It doesnt work great at all. Same thing happens with Power Director Nine and the software this came with. But when it is uploaded to the internet it plays just fine. I cant find a editor that works Windows.

Does the built in software work well for you? It crashes my computer (I have an old XP)

@CloseTheDoorNathan My XP computer works ok with the built-in software (which is what I used to create this video). However, I've never tried it on 1080p. I use Sony Movie Studio now and I love it. Still, for me, I don't need the super hi-def, so I don't know how it would work.

it looks goooooood!! most zi8 vids have blurry faces, but yours was exceptionally in-focus! :) you were pretty quiet, though.

I know. At the time I made the video, I didn't know how to adjust the microphone. I do now.
Also, I'm going to be getting a new external mic.
