No Roses for the Beavers-The Oregon DUCKS blow them out of Reser Stadium 65-38

Oregon took it to the Beavers in the 2008 playing of the Civil War. It was "More than a Feeling" Oregon had when they slashed the Beavers defense for almost 700 total yards of total offense. This game had major importance to both teams and the DUCKS showed they had the better offense and talent to win the game. Better luck next year Beaver Nation.

I'm a fan that knows how to read and write. How am I calling my team crap? The Beavers suck? They're 9-3. The Alamo Bowl is a good bowl game, the Beavers are playing Texas(23). I think the Alamo Bowl is a good choice for the Beavers. Next best thing to a BCS Bowl game.

I have to say, that WR reverse to pass play was brilliant! (Who was the reciever who threw the pass, kent?) Sometimes I miss those old Belloti-era trick plays, the fake FG, etc. Chip Kelly's system definitely uses a lot of trickery but it's much more subtle and faster paced.

The Ducks have played ZERO ranked teams, and have played one road game. Remember back in '01 when the Beavers lost to the Huskies in a very tight game, but the Ducks smoked them, then the Beavers destroyed the Ducks in the Civil War, and the Beavers went on to win the Fiesta Bowl and finished #4 in the nation? History is bound to repeat itself.
