@seanw23 i thought she did it well. she actually seems like a waitress in the scene, which is maybe why you didn't recognize her. i'm a big fan of her cameos in "black snake moan," even more, because she blends and does it well enough that you see a bitter single mom and you don't necessarily recognize her if you knew her her disney days. it's a different presence. she's not meryl streep but she can act.

@LiberaLib i thought the sheriff in "race to witch mountain" looked familiar, but i couldn't place my finger on it.
i didn't exactly recognize Kim Richards.

@seanw23 as i remember she played a waitress in a bar, and ike eisenmann played a small-town sheriff in, i do believe, the same scene. if you search the movie name and kim richards on youtube there's a bunch of deleted scenes etc. that are online.

@highway234 it said on imdb Kim Richards was in Race to Witch Mountain (the 2009 version with Anna Sophia Robb and that other kid) as someone named Tina; what scene was that?

she was in "black snake moan" last year (or the year before?) and did the talk show circuit, but i haven't heard of her being in anything else since then.
