  • Your local shelter has no tie to HSUS, in fact MANY local shelters are against the HSUS because of their anti-pet stance and the fact that virtually no money they collect goes to actually helping the animals. This is all public record, their stances and the measley 10% of their millions that go to actually do somrhing.

  • Thank you for making this vid. The HSUS needs to be exposed for what it is: PETA under a different name.....

  • Give directly to your local shelters NOT HSUS

HSUS does not run a single animal shelter, of the 131 million raised in 2010 only 527,566, or 0.4 percent went to any shelter nationwide while $32 million went into hedge funds.

As local shelters struggle to keep their doors open, HSUS is raising millions of dollars a month from unwitting donors to bankroll an animal rights agenda and fund a huge staff of lawyers and lobbyists, a bloated executive pension plan, and exorbitant fundraising expenses

  • The HSUS has really capitalized on the MODERN DAY WITCH HUNT for the American Pitbull! Same dog since the 1800's-1980's, but now they harass breeders, tie them up in court and for nothing! They simply want publicity and to deem the dogs unworthy and they killem. They drive past a million skinny hunting dogs only to go straight to the pitbull breeders that worm, feed, and take care of their dogs! Have you ever noticed that they say the word emaciated while showing hog fat dogs, but sensitive peop

  • Yes animal rights. No to animal abuse, which does include standard factory farming of animals, circuses with animals, sea animal entertainments, horse racing and rodeos.

  • Individuals fail to realize that for several individuals, responsibly raising purbred dogs is the livelyhood for many and they love what they do. For some disabled individuals who cannot handle a 9 to 5 job--this is their life and their only source of income. It is actually more labor intensive than a 9-5 job--and many never take vacations for themselves--they are with their animals 24-7 day in and day out. It is a passion for them. Radicals fail to see this.

  • Out of respect and responsibility for their actions--ALL Voters who were so adamant about Voting YES need to contact some of the dog breeders and offer to adopt the many adults/puppies that will be relinquished as a result of this. Animals that already have clean warm beds food & water who will be gotten rid of. Shelters won't take on this many dogs and will not be able to properly care for them. Congrats guys--you sentenced many helpless animals to death or worse!

  • A big Thank you! to everyone who got out and voted against this Money and Power hungry giant! Almost 1 million people spoke out against this--that is a lot guys! AND WE DON'T EVEN HAVE RICH CELEBRITIES BACKING US!!!! Great work! The fight is far from over--lets stick together and continue to educate everyone on the HSUS and their deceptive ways. By all means--donate to your local shelters and HS--but don't let this animal extremist see another cent!

  • Under Prop B, responsible breeders will no longer be allowed to buy & administer their own shots/meds. Necessary shots are already costly--but the law would require breeders to load up all their puppies and travel to the vet for EVERY necessary shot/med--exposing young unprotected puppies to needless travel and diseases at the vet clinics. Many vets charge an office call per visit--more needless expenses for reputable breeders already struggling to provide quality puppies at an affordable price

  • @DoppTivo If breeders can only have 50 dogs cause no one can take care of more then that, why do I know of a shelter who has 130 in outside pens which will soon be illegal for breeders but not shelter.

  • @DoppTivo

I have news for you the dog breeders don't have millions to fight what HSUS is doing. HSUS are the ones pouring millions into states to get rid of good breeders. HSUS is on the smear campaign to discredit all breeders. If the proposals they are making are so good for the breeders why do rescues and shelters not have to follow suit?

  • @DoppTivo----H$U$ are the ones spending millions of DONATED FOR THE ANIMALS DOLLARS in campaigns to discredit those that raise their animals humanely! You need to wake up and smell the roses! Only 1% of a donation actually goes to animals. Most local shelters don't even see any money from the H$U$. LOVED this video BTW!!!!
