I am yet to see this film but i do love the Matt Farnsworths other film The orphan killer, Reading through the comments i do fing it amusing that no one is saying "we gotta try and get our state clean from this nasty drug" but just worried that the accent may of been wrong and more worried about saying you do not have an accent just a reminder EVERYONE in the world has an accent

As much as it accurately protrays the Iowa meth labs and how they have corrupted our state, I do object to the idea of fitting us with such horrible South Accents. Mainly because its lame and makes no sense, seeing how we are midwesterns, and of course fought in the Civil War as part of the NORTH! So why the heck would we have a stupid Southern Accent.

For all you folks that live in Iowa and don't like the way this movie portrays Iowans as a whole: Now you know how the nearly 9 million ordinary folks that live in NJ feel about the way the Sporanos and Jersey Shore portray our state. Get over it.

No, Iowans don't have southern accents. Or anything else interesting. Other than that blaring screw up and being a little over dramatic, the movie does a fair job of depiction what a bunch of pathetic slime tweakers are. It was shot in Centerville IA in Apanoose county, which is about as good a place as any because it's crawling with tweakers.

Wow fuck this movie, I was born and raised here in Iowa and I don't have A fucking accent, and where in Iowa is this supposed to partake, Iowa county or what, FUCKING LAME!!!!!!
