@hislivingsacrifice Wow I love that! I think that it is amazing to be able to share what I am doing to loose my weight & at the same time inspire others too! You guys here do that for me & It gets easier to eat healthy now that I truly love it. Now it is so hard for me to eat out. My husband wants to take me out to one of my favorite resteraunts & I really don't want to go because I have been eating this way for about 6 months now.

HEY, WILL YOU POST YOUR RECIPE'S ONLINE OR EITHER MAKE A VIDEO OF WHAT YOU EAT AND WHY YOU EAT WHAT YOU EAT? I LOVE THE FACT THAT YOU EAT A LOT OF VEGGIES AND NOT A LOT OF HEAVY MEATS. i ALSO LIKE THE PEPERONI IDEA FOR A MEAT ALSO...NOT SO MUCH FAT AND YOU STILL HAVE A MEAT WITH YOUR MEAL...LOVE IT!
