My name is Doug Forbes and I am an artist. And this is the first of hopefully more videos I want to post.
This is a test.
On my blog, I post Fourth Friday Fan Art; a preselected character from a show or whatever done in one of my styles of art. Check out and subscribe to my blog at notaspretty.blogspot.com.
Mario is done in watercolor, in a style I learned as an apprentice tattoo artist, taught to me by Jay Langer of The Ink Factory in Hudson, Wisconsin. He called it spit painting. The title apparently because of how many times you put the brush in your mouth to regulate the measure of water put on your support.

@torawfordiz Looks like it is some type of illustration board judging by the thickness of it. I like crescent # 300 cold press.

This is truly a hidden gem
