Sounds like impeller physicall damage,or bearings are end their life.Probably unsuitable turbocharger care, like immediate engine switch off after fast ride.

maybe even bent shaft or the impellar spun forward on shaft due to heat expansion eitherway its done i have seen several 1.8 audis and vws have some of the same issues to much hard driving not enough cooling and oil flow

Sounds like the rotor blade or compressor impeller scraping up against the volute casing. It's just a guess, it does sounds like some serious physical damage. unfortunately.

thats from shutting it off after not letting the turbo spool down... if the turbo dosent have oil going to it wen its spinning at 20,000 rpm its gunna cook allot of shit

Actually no it's from ringing it out at 41 psi. I always have had a turbo timer.
