They are definitely a good engine, only other components let them down a little. Of course, yes the 2003 (first of the 450's) was problematic. I'm having trouble with my engine over heating rather easily.
Engine surges a lot after it gets really hot. Won't idle.

Its not far off. It doesnt sound like it has as much torque. and they arent even 515 cc or close to that.. The gasgas 515 engines are actually only 492cc
