But at least whites occupy positions of wealth in every segment of America. Black people dream about becoming basketball players or rap stars. That's it. There are low income housing in states like Montana, Idaho, S. Dakota, in these places arent many, maybe not any blacks, but they're poor whites who live just as you describe blacks live. I never lived in the ghetto and I do thank God that I have both of my parents, I have relatives who hold Masters degrees,
