  • Yes, I know....and it's been months of running and working out and still no weight loss. I just need to cut back on the red wine!

    I've been running up to 50 miles per week and last week did a 34 mile run...that was almost 6,000 calories. That should help!

  • i think anything under 20 is underweight, too!

  • 1870 is over 200 yrs ago? Did I hear that right? Honestly I think a healthy BMI is from 20-24.9, not 18.5-24.9 ...that's just ridiculous! Anorexia is not healthy.

  • Dude, you overweight, you are almost obese (I'm overweight too but I'm a bodybuilder)
