I can see it now, 'Your honor it's not my fault I was drinking and driving, someone should have stopped me, and since they didn't, it's their fault...'

If these were non-union positions, these guys would be fired as soon as the tape was shown. If these were non-union positions, they would be sent home when there wasn't work to keep them busy. But I guess we shouldn't care about all the wasted money, I mean it's not like California has money problems or anything.....

@morfeeene amazing how the news guy doesnt call the cops time and time again after seeing these guys drinking and driving. so it must not be that dangerous? GET THE STORY EVEN AT THE EXPENSE OF PUBLIC SAFETY ,NEWS PEOPLE u are as guilty as the drinkers and are accessory to the crime.

These dudes risks there lives when they work on the poles and work crazy hours once the rain goes away, nobody talks about that, i dont see what the big deal is, plus they were doing nothin cus it was rainin its not like it rains everyday in LA.
