Amazing watching Borg at his prime,i never knew about Pecci,what a worthy opponent he was in the 79 final damn he was good,what ever happened to him after 79 did he retire totally from tennis?

Thanks a million for putting this up. Quality is also solid. I enjoy watching Pecci play and he was pretty good here. Borg though, wow...

If I played him I would NEVER approach to his backhand. There was something about the way his BH stroke was constructed that made it literally unfairly awesome to pass with. To pass with some of those angles that he does with the technology of that era is simply extraordinary.

i remember pecci being a streaky player. when he was hot he looked incredible and had a daunting first serve and net game. borg clearly stepped his game up a notch and pecci got left in the dust.
