One of my favorite trucks in all of New York City is Wafles & Dinges, a little bit of Belgium that trolls through the streets of the Big Apple dishing out authentic waffles from two cities in Belgium. In this episode, Thomas DeGeest teaches me a bit about this history of the waffle, as well as it's city of origin.

Incorrect, Dinges means "Stuff" in Flemish (Dutch from Belgium), it does not exist in Dutch from Holland
