This is my day 0-30 pics. Started at 144 12%body fat. Day 30 140 10%body fat. Let me know if you have any questions. I will update with another video on day 60.

Before I started this I did 6 months of weight training using a program call Testosterone advantage Plan. Feb 15th 2009 I weighed 162 lbs 18% body fat.

  • @InShapeEric you are in good shape, but if you were at 10% you would have a six pack

  • @Hughjass505 I carry most of my remaining body fat in my mid section that is why I do not have a six pack. I'm still working on it though. hopefully by end of summer I will be there.

  • @Hughjass505 actually most people don't see their abs until about 8 percent body fat. Some people are diffferent though

  • @InShapeEric oh that sucks, but im sure you'll get there!! best of luck!, most of my fat is either in my butt or inner leg, im at 14% right now and i can see ripped abs when i pull my belly down a lil bit so i guess im lucky
