only u have to do is

HOLD TRIANGLE to be in air
press POSEIDON RAGE
and after that quickly press SQUARE for levitation
and after that quickly press X to jump

to do that thing from video, u have to try 1-20 times to jump over...

thanks man it took me a while but i did it. I didnt know that u have to keeping the analog stick pointing up when u press square and x.
