He doesnt randomly jump, he didnt spam uppercut, the reason your move didnt come out is because you had negative frames after blocking, stop whining... you just post 100's of movies spamming all tags to make sure no one can find any other vid but yours and all you do is complain and fake laugh when really you're crying inside. I literally find you the most annoying person in the world and it frustrates me that Im unable to find what I want through all the crap you post.

this sagat "Clearly good"? I think phil's a whiner, but he's an high tier evo player (won it 2 years ago too). He's clearly better than most of the online players. You're definition of good is lacking, these online scrubs aren't tournament quality, therefore they are scrubs.

The players (like the one in this video) are more like noobs than scrubs. They have a grasp of the games battle system, but just need more fighting experience (noobs).

I remember going to this day-care when I was like 12 (don't judge me) well they had street fighter, but I forgot what system and I would beat almost everybody and I picked Ryu (mostly) and Blanka.

well if you play a high play blanka you will see they do not do random ultra's.

Can be used when opponent is stunned, use it for chipping death purposes and wake up cross-up on opponents knock down.

If you want to see high level blanka type in Mullah
