@felipe161 NO . Vere very wrong. Its Mazdas own MZR engines & not Duratec. Totaly designed & built by Mazda in Hiroshima ,but USED by Ford also. The only Duratec found in a Maz 6 is the 6 cyl version on the US market. All the 4cyls are 100% Mazda.

@MrKrstaa No . Mazda crossed the line first. The 2L Mazda that is ,which beat the 2.5L Opel. The Japanese were always masters at squizing the most horsepower from an engine WITH REALIABILTY unlike shitty Opels with crap realiabilty & are worthless in value compared to the Japanesse competition. A Mazda 6 is worth double the value of a Vectra the same year on the secondhand car market. NOW THATS SAYING SOMETHING.
