  • guys expansion is like extra ram (so SS improved his n64)

  • @sinni800 ... and the expansion pack might be not connected at all now...?

  • @PsiloCybinDreamX What the hell? Are you serious? Every kind of RAM needs a terminator somewhere (just as every daisy-chained electronics do). You just based my whole comment off of the DDR1/2 example. I know the expansion pack adds 4 MB of ram, the _JUMPER PAK_ which is _INCLUDED_ though is only a terminator for the onbuilt RAM, which is also 4 MB. But somehow in this video the N64 still determines that there is NO ram at all which (I think) basically means that the daisy chain is broken.

  • @sinni800 you tard the n64 doesnt use ddr1 or ddr2 ram and the expansion pack was just a boost of 4 extra ram.I know your not sure you dont know what the hell your talking about

  • this isnt interesting the expansion in fact extra ram. but if you ran a game without ram but an expansion pack it might actually read it as not having one in and play normal

  • ARRMY MEN FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Interesting indeed.

  • The Jumper pak is basically a rambus terminator. It's needed for every kind of ram. Some have it directly on the RAMs themselves (DDR2) some not (DDR1): or was it the other way around? I'm not sure.

  • @edmund94232 It's basically there to control the Ram, when you put the Expansion pack in it adds more Ram and the system itself controls the Ram.

  • what did it say?
