A crowd of 46,339 came out to watch the Texas high school perennial powers at Texas Stadium, which is believed to be the second-largest to ever watch a high school game ever. Carroll, No. 5 in USA TODAY's Super 25, won its 44th straight game with a 22-21 win over No. 16 Trinity in a thrilling end to the Class 5A second-round playoff game. This is what 46,339 looks like for a high school football game.

  • ohio had 70,000 back then so dont go there buddy im 16 and i know mah football up and down.Texas is known for cummunity support just like ohio so that means we both as in states love football

  • dytstandup,

I think that the state of Ohio might of had 70,000 people at a high school game back in the 40's but, I could be wrong. This video was not intended to prove anything other than 46,000 people at a Dallas high school football game between two great communities.

However, I hope that you can become a better student of English grammar. You still have time before you reach the real world and people will mistake your grammar errors for stupidity.

  • Largest attendance for Ohio high school football game. Cleveland Cathedral Latin vs. Cleveland Holy Name (11/23/1946) : 70,955.

  • @vampike are you on crack? ha ha ha hs ha Ohio is a great football state

  • Where did all of these retards from ohio come from? I have never heard anyone talk about Ohio HS football hahaha.

  • Filmed with a rock.

  • Man this wasnt even the big game. Just imagine the state game?

  • I have watched high school football games on the East and West Coast and in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and even once in New Mexico. I watched the Oregon State Championship games at Autzen Stadium back 10 or so years ago. I have not seen Ohio football yet but I have family who moved there from Texas last year. I would have to say that Texas California and Florida are 1 2 & 3.

  • Last weeks SC games at Jerry World came up over 6000 people short of the record.

  • @cainepittman2 and how is that exactly?????????????

  • The PNG record was a single site game.

  • Guess what the PNG records still is standing.
