This tasty variation of Dosa is simple to make and very very delicious....

  • If it is a new tava , you need to wait for some days ... oil should be spread across tava for every dosa that you make .... Don't clean the tava with dishwash very frequently.... just wipe it with wet tissue....

  • Just wipe it with Tissue ... If it is too oily, then you can use dish wash liquid and clean it .... After the tava is dry, just coat little oil, heat it for 30 secs and leave it overnight .... Then, you can use it for Dosa making ...

    Thank u so much for replying :) ok I used to clean almost as u mentioned except that 30 secs heat.. what is problem with my tava is 1st two dosas come good after that they start sticking to the tava itself!! :( don't know what's wrong.. do you have any idea or tips for that?
