@Kan Police profiling is noted as a minority issue because police profiles set minorities as prime suspects for certain crimes based on statistics. The problem is that the statistics are a result of police profiling and not the cause. That means that increased police presents creates more arrests in specific areas. In NY whites have been surveyed to make up over 85% of the weed users and suppliers, but blacks make up over 80% of the weed related arrests. That's a product of profiling.

@raventakayama I am white and this has happened to me. It makes you a racist to say such a thing. If they are looking for a dangerous suspect, then they have the RIGHT to take you down as a "suspect". I was wearing exactly what a mugger wore when he stabbed two surfers. When one victim told them I was not the assailant, they drove me home, let me out, and wished me a Merry Christmas. I told them thank you and I hope you find the guy. Cops have a hard job, don't make it worse.

The officers should be put in the same position. Try an off day while they are at home with their families. Some cop come with a gun forcing them to the ground in front of their children and family. I bet then it they would think it is brutality too.

He was in the wrong place, dressed the wrong way, at the wrong time. No........ He was a working U.S. citizen out with his pregnant wife and sons, and minding his own business.
