RIP Randy and Kevin. I actually like Kevin's vocals alot. Seems to have gotten lost in the glam metal graveyard (no pun intended). However, Randy was something else altogether. A sound that Zakk couild never achieve....

Randy had the flying V with polka dots custom built for himself by a luthier called Karl Sandoval, his girlfriend at the time made his stage outfits I believe, the tie was made to match the guitar, and the other "colourful" clothing was to match the glam rock sound of Quiet Riot. He left behind a brother, and sister, (Kelle and Kathy) and his mother Dolores Rhoads, who teaches at the music school Randy lived and taught at

@Pawsorplay Randy was a phenom on the guitar, check out the "Tribute" live album with him and Ozzy, that's his best playing imo.
